Bob, I want you to know how much we appreciate the professional job that your employee, Billy did on our property installing the alarm system. He seldom made a mess – if by chance he did he cleaned it up immediately. He was polite, personable and always conducted himself in a professional manner. He was a pleasure to work with. People are quick to criticize but not always eager to complement. Please let Billy know how much he was appreciated by us.
