We recently switched our alarm service to Alarm Partners and the transition went very well. We had a problem getting my IPhone to work with the Total Connect services, but the technician didn’t leave until everything was working the way it was supposed to. And he took the time to walk me through some key features of the app. I was very pleased with the service.
